    The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner with FranklinCovey
    to present a full day workshop on Unconscious Bias.
     
    Each day we confront more and more information, so we act quickly, and without awareness, rely on biased thinking. Why? Because unconscious biases are how our brains compensate for overload. But bias can also inhibit performance and lead to poor decision-making.
    
    So how do we counteract the potentially harmful impacts of unconscious bias?
     
    How can we create a workplace in which everyone feels valued and empowered to offer their best?
     
    Join us on Tuesday, February 18th as we work through these challenges and provide you tools and knowledge to positively impact your workplace.
